Diane Potter offers a wealth of knowledge and experience developed through her extensive educational career. As a leadership consultant and coach, Diane works with campus leaders to enhance their confidence through increased competence in their work. This specialized coaching may take the form of reflecting on and organizing the work, time management, enhanced meeting facilitation, conversations with staff around job expectations, and implementing lead4ward services on the campus.

Prior to working with lead4ward, Diane served as Coordinator for Administrator Quality for the Education Service Center Region 13. In that capacity, she coordinated principal and superintendent certification programs as well as other leadership development. She has also served as a campus principal, assistant principal, and a classroom teacher. She believes strongly in the role of campus principal in fostering a climate conducive to engaged instruction in every classroom for every child.
