LeAnn Fisher, Ed.D, supports school districts, campuses, and regional education service centers in the areas of assessment, accountability, and data analysis. She is passionate about working with educators to not only better understand the complexities of assessment and accountability but also use these measures to enhance classroom instruction and student growth.

Before joining lead4ward, LeAnn served as Director of Assessment and Accountability. She has also served as a teacher, math interventionist, assistant principal, principal, and adjunct professor during her 20 years in public education.
