Are you looking for a way to invest in your own leadership growth?

At lead4ward, we know that strong schools start with strong principals. Every decision the principal makes shapes culture, every move drives instruction, and every conversation influences teacher commitment and growth. If you’re looking for professional learning that reflects the rhythm and reality of campus leadership, the 2026-27 Principal Leadership Series is built for you. This year’s series is newly refined and upgraded to meet the evolving demands of the principalship. We’ll focus on two important areas – strong fundamentals for a strong campus foundation and skill building where it counts.

What’s included in the Principal Leadership Series?

You’ll receive a comprehensive suite of leadership tools and resources designed to streamline decision-making, build your confidence, strengthen your leadership team, and stay in sync with your school’s needs all year long.

monthly foundations of campus leadership

Each month, we’ll zero in on four high-leverage components of the work: culture, data, instruction, and new teachers. You’ll gain practical, ready-to-implement strategies to:

  • Build and sustain a culture of excellence and belonging
  • Analyze monthly data with purpose and precision
  • Strengthen instructional systems that deliver measurable results
  • Design intentional, month-by-month support for new teachers

  • Building leadership teams
  • And much more!
