What is the mentor academy?
Mentoring isn’t just support, it’s leadership in action. During this dynamic two-day experience, participants will ignite their power to coach with clarity, mentor with intention, and lead new teachers with confidence and purpose. Through practical tools, proven strategies, and meaningful collaboration, mentors will strengthen their ability to accelerate growth, build resilience, and guide new teachers through the critical early stages of their career. Administrators, teachers, instructional coaches, PLC leaders, and others with a heart for developing educators will leave energized, equipped, and ready to champion new teachers — shaping stronger classrooms, stronger campuses, and a stronger future for their district.
