Haily Rambo is an educational consultant who partners with school districts, campuses, and regional education service centers to strengthen systems in assessment, accountability, and data analysis. She brings deep expertise in translating complex accountability requirements into actionable practices that improve student and district outcomes.

 

During her tenure at ESC 12, Haily served as both Director of Information Services and Coordinator of Accountability and Testing. As Director, she supervised multiple departments that provided technical support to district student information systems and oversaw districts’ PEIMS submissions. In this role, she led region-wide initiatives to monitor and improve CCMR reporting through PEIMS. As Coordinator of Accountability and Testing, she supported districts and campuses in improving student performance through the ongoing management of state assessments, the A–F Accountability System, and the requirements arising from the identification of campuses for School Improvement. She also spearheaded training and support for secondary master scheduling, Individual Graduation Committees, and high school graduation planning.

 

Prior to her work at ESC 12, Haily served as a high school administrator, testing coordinator, instructional coach, and classroom teacher across diverse student populations. She has extensive experience designing, implementing, and monitoring systems to improve campus and district performance within the A–F Accountability framework as well as establishing effective campus-wide MTSS structures and professional learning communities.
