Ashley Rosilier brings a varied skillset including project management, web development, software engineering, technical writing and education. She has a passion for using technology to solve problems and is currently a PhD candidate researching AI and cloud computing.

Prior to joining lead4ward, Ashley was the chief technology officer for a start-up eCommerce business and has been adjunct faculty at a number of universities and colleges over the past 25 years. She enjoys mentoring non-traditional students and inspiring the next generation of problem solvers.
