Mary Carney manages contracts, RFPs, and invoicing for lead4ward. She works with our clients and procurement departments to make sure that the necessary paperwork and mandated forms are in place prior to our professional development and consulting services to facilitate the purchase order and billing process.

Prior to joining lead4ward, Mary worked in the engineering field and has a background in design, analysis, and project management. She has a master’s degree in structural engineering and specialized in seismic risk assessment. She opened a southern California office for a national engineering, risk assessment, and due diligence firm and oversaw a group of project managers on the west coast that served clients throughout the US.
