Lakisha Ball, Ed.S., is an experienced educational consultant who works with local education agencies and service centers in the areas of curriculum development, instruction, and reading language arts. In her 17 years as an educator, Lakisha has served as a regional consultant, campus administrator, testing coordinator, instructional specialist and coach, adjunct professor, and a classroom English teacher. Lakisha is dedicated to empowering educators with quality curriculum support and evidence-based instructional practices that are responsive to the diverse needs of learners.

Prior to joining lead4ward, Lakisha served as the K-12 Curriculum Support Services Consultant for Reading Language Arts at Region 10 Education Service Center. She supported the development and implementation of the TEKS Resource System curriculum and provided literacy support through professional development, instructional coaching, and technical assistance. Lakisha is committed to providing quality service because every child deserves a great teacher, and every teacher deserves a great leader.
