Drawing from experience in education and business, Clee Upchurch, M.Ed., has worked at the intersection of education and innovation for over twenty years. Clee provides direction in communication, partnerships, service offerings, product development, operations, and general strategy for lead4ward. Clee is passionate about providing educators with resources and support systems designed to help them focus their energy on instructing and inspiring students.

Clee’s background affords her a uniquely qualified perspective on how to support educators and impact students. She’s been an individual contributor and held leadership roles in education and business, including Austin ISD, Manor ISD, Denver Public Schools, Education Service Center Region 13, Dell, and Newgistics. Clee has a passion for making learning accessible to all and spends much of her personal time advocating for students with learning differences.
