As Chief Financial Officer, Kim Lehman provides financial, operational, and strategic direction for lead4ward. Kim has guided lead4ward from its infancy to become an integral partner in Texas education. Kim shares her colleagues’ enthusiastic drive and vision for improving educational outcomes.

Prior to joining lead4ward, Kim worked with Arthur Andersen in their Computer Risk Management group focusing on business process evaluation and reengineering. She has also served as Director for a Child’s Day Out Program in which she spearheaded the development of collaborative learning and the reorganization of the instructional program. She firmly believes in the potential of every child.
